The date for our RCAS Paint-Out Event has been changed.  Due to the weather forecast for Saturday, April 13th, we must move it to an alternate date.  We had originally planned our alternate date to be April 27th, but that conflicts with the pick-up date for the Spring Show, so the new date will be Saturday, May 4th, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the CityLine central plaza on State Street just South of the George Bush freeway at 1150 State St, Richardson, TX 75082.  The plaza is on the West side of Plano Road, just South of the main State Farm headquarters building. We will gather at the central plaza area near the “Cow jumping over the Moon” sculpture (see attached photo) at 10:00AM, paint for a couple of hours then have a brief “show and tell”.  Afterward, as many as would like to can join us for lunch at one of the local restaurants.

There are lots of fun things to paint including a DART rail station, great architecture, interesting sculptures, and nice landscapes.  The Paint-Out
will also give RCAS exposure to the community as an arts-focused organization and we will have lots of fun.

Even if you don’t want to paint, drop by to see what your friends are up to.  See you there.

If people knew how hard I worked to get my mastery, it wouldn't seem so wonderful at all. -Michelangelo
