Cecy Turner — Capturing the Light and Spirit of the Landscape

Cecy Turner is an award-winning Texas native celebrated for her luminous plein air landscapes in oil and watercolor.  A graduate of Vanderbilt University with advanced study at the University of North Texas, her work has been featured in Art of the West, Artists Magazine, and on the cover of Watercolor Artist Magazine.

A Master Signature Member and Past President of Women Artists of the West, Cecy also holds Signature Memberships in the American Impressionist Society, National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society, National Watercolor Society, and several others.

Splitting her time between Texas and Colorado, she paints outdoors almost daily — capturing the poetry of light and atmosphere with a mastery and heartfelt connection that make her landscapes unmistakably her own.
