In addition, Artwork Tags must be downloaded, printed, filled out, and attached to the back of each artwork entry. (Download Artwork Tags Here) Please carefully consider which pieces you plan to enter and their titles. Be sure that the tag information matches what you enter online. Changes after the entry deadline will not be accepted.
Step 1: Read the entry form below carefully and fill out the relevant fields. Note that some fields are required.
Step 2: After submitting your ONLINE FORM below, download the Artwork Tag Form and fill in the information and attach to the back of each entry. (Please print your name and information legibly.) Each artwork submitted must have a tag on the back. One for your individual piece and/or four for your portfolio.
Step 3: Important: Before arriving at the Richardson Library for Take-In, tape completed Artwork Tags to the back upper right corner of each artwork (upper right corner as you look at the back of the artwork).
